Top Ten Most Anticipated Books Releasing During the Second Half of 2023

Posted June 26, 2023 by Jana in Top Ten Tuesday / 13 Comments

Welcome to another TTT! Can you believe we’re nearly halfway done with 2023? It’s going to be Christmas before I know it, and I’m excited! I love all seasons of the year for various reasons, but I love the second half of the year way more than the first. I love the lazy days of summer, sweater season in the fall, and cozy winters by the fire. MANY amazing books are releasing during the time, which makes it even better! I’m so frustrated that Goodreads has been down almost all day! That’s my brain when it comes to books, and I log everything I’m excited about and can organize it by release date so it’s super easy. Since that’s not an option I will be consulting Netgalley and Edelweiss! Sadly, I won’t be able to link to the Goodreads pages for these books like I usually do.

Raiders of the Lost Heart by Jo Segura (Releasing December 5, 2023)
A Dawn of Onyx by Kate Golden (Releasing October 10, 2023)
The Holiday Mix-Up by by Ginny Baird (Releasing October 10, 2023)
Funny Feelings by Tarah DeWitt (Releasing October 17, 2023)
Faking Christmas by Kerry Winfrey (Releasing September 26, 2023)
The Ex-Mas Holidays by Zoe Allison (Releasing September 26, 2023)
Mixed Signals by B.K. Borison (Releasing August 1, 2023)
Just Friends by Madison Wright (Releasing July 14, 2023)
It Happened One Fight by Maureen Lenker (Releasing July 11, 2023)
Forged by Magic by Jenna Wolfhart (Releasing July 11, 2023)

Which 2023 book releases are you looking forward to?
Did you and I pick any of the same ones?

  1. This year is really flying by! We don’t have any in common, but some of the books on your list look really good! Hopefully Goodreads gets its act together so I can add them to my TBR, otherwise I’ll have to keep relying on Storygraph. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  2. Looks like you have some good ones on your TBR of anticipated releases! That first one looks FUN so I’ll have to take a closer look and it’s nearly impossible to believe we’re already featuring upcoming Christmas novels!! How did the first half of 2023 go by already!?

I’m so sorry the first link I put up is taking you to an old TTT so I’ve added it again and hopefully it will be correct this time.

This happened once before and with exactly the same link so not sure if there’s been a glitch somehow.

I like the sound of The Holiday Mix-Up as I have the same last name as the author!
