Welcome to another TTT! This week’s topic is Satisfying Book Series. Maybe all the books were amazing (no second book syndrome) or the final book wrapped everything up soooo perfectly. Maybe everything wrapped up perfectly, but you loved the series so much that you would have been happy if it had gone on forever introducing new characters and more stories. Essentially, these are the series you’re glad you invested all the money and/or time in to read from beginning to end. As I was writing up this post and reminiscing about how much I loved them, I realized many of my favorite books ever are part of these series. Here we go!
Well Met series by Jen DeLuca
Lovelight series by B.K. Borison
Wallflowers series by Lisa Kleypas
The Hathaways series by Lisa Kleypas
The Ravenels series by Lisa Kleypas
Moose Springs, Alaska series by Sarah Morgenthaler
There’s supposedly a fourth book, but no announcements have been made in years so I think it might not happen.
Curebreakers series by Brigid Kemmerer
Spindle Cove series by Tessa Dare
They keep saying we’re getting another novella, but that’s taking ages and I’m wondering if i’ll ever happen. Same with her Girl Meets Duke series.
The Lunar Chronicles series by Marissa Meyer
Shadow and Bone series by Leigh Bardugo
This prompt made me realize how many series I’ve abandoned before they were completed!
Maybe I need to write a blog post about those now!
Are you a completionist when it comes to series? I’m apparently not. LOL
What’s the most satisfying series you’ve read?

The Lovelight series is a favorite of so many! :) I have way more series than I *should* that I need to finish, but I have just as many that I need to start. Or it feels like I do. :)
I love series books. I haven’t read these. Mine are cozy mysteries. Have a great week!
Lol! I had the exact thought processes as you did while doing this prompt! Reminiscing about the ones I’ve loved, and also realizing how many series I haven’t finished yet. I really have to start reading Brigid Kemmerer, her books look awesome!
With so many books out there, it can be very hard to keep up with a series of books, especially when you have to wait for the next instalment.
Ooh nice picks! I did enjoy Cursebreakers, Lunar Chronicles, and the Shadow and Bone series–though I still need to read that last spinoff series that takes place in the same world with Nikolai! Soooo behind! Lol.
Here’s my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
I’ve never read any of the series’ you listed. To answer your question: I will happily DNF a series if it isn’t working for me but, if I’m enjoying it, I will almost always finish it. That said, there are three series’ on my list which I haven’t finished: the ‘Earth’s Children’ series, because I read it before the final book was written and haven’t bothered to reread it; the Earthsea Cycle, because I didn’t know there were more books after book 4 until compiling this list; likewise, the Carr Family, I didn’t know there were more books beyond the three about Katie.
Great list, Jana. Loved the Lunar Chronicles.
so glad you found so many great series
Moose Springs, Alaska sounds like a good series.
Well Met, Shadow and Bones, and The Lunar Chronicles are some of my favorites too!
Great list! I still need to start the Lunar Chronicles and Well Met series, but I’ve heard great things about them!
I have way too many series on the go, lots that I loved, so I went rogue this week. I combined the last two weeks top ten topics as I was away and didn’t participate. I have read and enjoyed Well Met, Lovelight, Moose Springs and am still working on The Lunar Chronicles. All good choices, Jana.
I used to wait until a series was completed and then I would binge the whole series. When I started taking review books I got away from that. Now I have a handwritten list of most of the series I need to complete (most because I am sure I have missed some).
I enjoyed The Lunar Chronicles! Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
This was such a lovely topic, I really enjoyed it. Thanks for that, Jana.
