Welcome to another TTT! This week’s topic is: Books Set in Snowy Places (I added “cozy” to my list because that’s probably my favorite word). I love snow so much, and I love a snowy book. It feels so cozy to read books set in snowy places while curled up under a blanket. Many of my picks are Christmas themed (hello, it’s me), but I did pick a few (4, to be exact) that aren’t!

Christmas at Frozen Falls by Kiley Dunbar – Set in Finnish Lapland under the Northern Lights
Acting Merry by Martha Keyes – Set in Snoqualmie, Washington at a cozy mountain cabin. The characters are all snowed in together.
Snowed In by Catherine Walsh – Set in snowy Scotland, with a large chunk also taking place in a cabin in the forest during a blizzard.
A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J. Maas – Set at the Night Court during the Winter Solstice. It’s magical!
Frost by Kate by Avery Ellison – Set in the world of the Frost, where monsters roam the night. The monsters aren’t cozy, but this author knows how to write snowy descriptions and I was entranced and freezing!
Faking Christmas by Cindy Steel – Set in Vermont at a Christmas lodge!
The Twelve Dates of Christmas by Jenny Bayliss – Set in cozy (yet fictitious) Blexford, England. This is the cutest little village, buried under snow and illuminated by twinkly lights everywhere.
Sleigh Bells in the Snow by Sarah Morgan – Set at the Snow Crystal Ski Resort in Pennsylvania. I want to visit this place so badly!
Enjoy the View by Sarah Morgenthaler – Set in Moose Springs, Alaska. Our two love interests are climbing a snowy mountain as the heroine films a documentary.
A Little Too Late by Sarina Bowen – Set at the Madgian Mountain Ski Resort! I guess I like ski resorts. lol.
Can you recommend any books set in snowy places that you think I’d like?
Bonus if anyone is stranded/snowed in together. That’s one of my favorite tropes!

I read Jenny’s a couple of years ago and really liked it. I also enjoyed the premiere episodes adapting this one on Hallmark. :) Fun list!
That was a lovely challenge. Thanks. And have a good December.
Some of these look so cute, Jana. Thanks for sharing.
I love these snowy covers. They look so good.
These look cute. I tried to do a mix of Christmas and not. I love snowy books too!
Have a great week!
They are sound lovely, given it’s been 35°c (95F) here today I could do with a chill.
Ooh nice picks! I went with snowy covers myself! Totally forgot about ACOFAS! Lol. This is what happens when my books must stay in storage.
Here’s my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
I love your list!
They do look cozy
Even though I haven’t had snow at Christmas since I was a baby, it does make sense to have a list of snowy books be full of Christmas-themed books! These look like a lot of fun.
I LOVED Faking Christmas and I have heard good things about Acting Merry. Be sure and check out my list today, it is all Christmassy, LOL!
Such cute, fun choices!
