Welcome to another TTT! Today’s topic is: April Showers. There’s a lot of different directions to go with this topic: rainy day reads, books with rainstorm scenes, books that make you cry, books that give you happy tears, books to wash away a bad reading experience, books set in rainy places, books with rain/raindrops/umbrellas on the cover, blue book covers, etc. I decided to go with rainy book covers! You know how much I love a good book cover, so of course this is where my brain went!

I love all the colors in your selections! I haven’t read any from your list, but did feature Ruth’s, which I haven’t read. I did enjoy the film though. :)
I must give Ruth Ware books a try. This one looks compelling.

Great cover choices. I wanted to do rain on the cover, but then could only find one 😂 I then went for umbrellas and couldn’t find any. I thought maybe water and I had a couple of those, but they were the sea and felt too summery. I therefore had to go boring and went for blue covers 🤣

Ooh fun topic choice! I can’t think of many covers with rain that I’ve read. Possibly one and a second one where it definitely looks like rain, but no raindrops! lol.

I tried to find ten books I’d read with rain and/or umbrellas on the cover at first, but I guess I just don’t read the right genres for that! I had to go with blue book covers instead. I love the covers you found!

You found a lot more than I did! I ended up going with water in general… and even then I had to look through about 30 pages to find 10!
