Welcome to another TTT! We did this topic four years ago, but there are many books that fit this theme so I figured it was time to do it again! Does anyone else collect books and then… not read them? LOL. I do this with craft supplies, crochet and cross stitch patterns, movies and TV shows, Switch games, etc. I see something, I get excited, I get it, and then sometimes it goes a long while without being used. The way I choose to spend my time is very much driven by my mood. I have to be in the mood for a book or I will not enjoy it. So I’m constantly saving things for the opportune moment because I want to love everything! SO here’s two books I had to have immediately but still haven’t read.

The Gentleman’s Confession by Anneka R. Walker
I HAD to have this audiobook when I saw that it’s read by Queen Mary Jane Wells. And I am still so excited about it, but I want to find the perfect craft project to work on while I listen.
The Booklover’s Library by Madeline Martin
I went through a huge WW2 historical fiction phase and binged all of Madeline Martin’s books almost back to back. I was so excited to get this one, but by the time I received it for review my phase ended. I really want to get the historical fiction bug back again soon!
A Heart Worth Stealing by Joanna Barker
I have been wanting to get to this book so badly. I even got the next two books in the series as they came out because I just know I’ll love this as soon as I get to it.
Chasm by Stacey McEwan
I loved Ledge and was chomping at the bit to get this next book in the series. I was over the moon when I received this for review, but something kept me from reading it at the time and now I don’t remember Ledge at all so I’m stuck!
A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas
When I tell you I was SO excited for this book, I was SOOOOOO excited. But I just wasn’t in the mood to re-read the entire series again to feel like I was prepared for this one. But I have to read it soon now since I’ve already pre-ordered books 6 and 7 that are both coming out in the next 6 months!
Miss Newbury’s List by Megan Walker
I kept hearing so many good things about this one around its release and I had to have it!
A Lady’s Guide to Fortune-Hunting by Sophie Irwin
This sounds like so much fun, and I’m so surprised I haven’t read it yet!
The Wisteria Society of Lady Scoundrels by India Holton
Pretty much ditto to what I said above. lol.
A Curious Beginning by Deanna Raybourn
I received this for review when it came out, and I have been excited about it and have continued watching this series for eleven years now!
Surrender of a Siren by Tessa Dare
This is the first Tessa Dare book I ever added to my to-read list and I’ve read pretty much all of her other books first. LOL
Have you read any of these?
Should I prioritize any of them?
Do you also have the habit of collecting books faster then you read them?

Some of these are on my wish list, but I don’t own them yet.
I’m definitely one of those that is excited to buy a book and then never gets around to reading it. Someday I will catch up!
I really try to read everything I get but sometimes time just gets away from me… I my desire to read them hasn’t dulled though.
Thanks for hosting
I finished the latest in the Veronica Speedwell series earlier this month. Since I’ve invested time in all ten books in the series, I’d definitely recommend you read the first one.
