Welcome to another TTT! This week’s topic is “books to read if you love author x”. I love Christina Lauren’s rom-coms, so I thought I’d share my recommendations for more rom-coms by other authors! And I’m sharing both open and closed door romances, too!
Open Door

Well Played by Jen DeLuca
The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood
The Hating Game by Sally Thorne
Roman Crazy by Nina Bocci and Alice Clayton
Hotshot Doc by R.S. Grey
Closed Door

First to Fall by Jenny B. Jones
My Phony Valentine by Courtney Walsh
The Cheat Sheet by Sarah Adams
You Deserve Each Other by Sarah Hogle
The Tourist Attraction by Sarah Morgenthaler
Do you have any recommendations for more rom-coms I might love, based on my picks this week?

I’m seeing lots of books on this list I’m still excited for! Jenny’s! Courtney’s! Sarah’s! Lots of good options reminding me of all the books I have to look forward too.
There are some cute covers here but I must admit that I never heard of this author. Will have to investigate. I want to share at least one of your books.
My TTT this week is all about Barbara Kingsolver. Have you read anything by her?
Cute picks! I read one of the only non-romance books Christina Lauren wrote, The House! Really enjoyed that one!
Here’s my Tuesday post
Have a GREAT day!

I thought about going this route today but figured I had talked so much about Emma St. Clair lately that it might seen like overkill, LOL!
I love this list. I don’t read enough rom com, but I love them. I don’t know if you read any books about college-aged characters, but if you do, Emma Lord’s latest, BEGIN AGAIN might be worth checking out. :)
I’ve read and agree with all the open door romances. I have only read The Cheat Sheet on the closed door and it works as well. You picked some great ones for the CL comparison.
I need to read more rom coms! Thank you for splitting these out into open door and closed door—while I can enjoy both, it’s really nice to know which type I’m getting into! :D
Thanks for the recommendations! I want to read more romcoms, so this is helpful for me.
I’m not much of a romance reader, but I did enjoy THE UNHONEYMOONERS. I might have to try some of the closed-door rom-coms on your list!
Happy TTT!

I am yet to read Christina Lauren (and all the others you have recommended here too)..!!
I’m not familiar with any of these but the covers sure are fun!
Hi Jana! I enjoyed your post on rom-com. Based on your picks, I would recommend “The Unhoneymooners” by Christina Lauren and “The Wedding Date” by Jasmine Guillory. Both are witty, charming, and perfect for fans of open and closed-door romance. Thanks for sharing your recommendations!
