Welcome to another TTT! This wee’s topic is a throwback freebie, which means you get to pick from any one of the 700+ topics that have been done before. These can be topics you missed or ones you’ve done before but would like to update or re-do with your current reading tastes in mind! Even though TTT didn’t start out on my blog, I’ve been with it since the beginning as one of the team members at The Broke & the Bookish… so I’ve either done or contributed to nearly all of the topics this meme has ever seen! That can make freebie topics hard for me, but I finally settled on Top Ten Hilarious Book Titles. This was our third topic ever (over 14 years ago now), and it was so much fun seeing what other meme participants found! Most of these books I’ve never heard of and will never read, but just look at those titles! lol.
1. Knitting with Dog Hair: Better a Sweater from a Dog You Know and Love Than from a Sheep You’ll Never Meet by Kendall Crolius
2. How to Tell If Your Cat Is Plotting to Kill You by Matthew Inman
3. How to Run with a Naked Werewolf by Molly Harper
4. I Still Miss My Man But My Aim Is Getting Better by Sarah Shankman
5. Who Peed on My Yoga Mat? by Lela Davidson
6. The Quiche of Death by M.C. Beaton
7. Italian Without Words by Don Cangelosi and Joseph Delli Carpini
8. Don’t Pee on My Leg and Tell Me It’s Raining by Judy Sheindlin (Judge Judy has a few funny titles!)
9. How I Killed Pluto and Why It Had It Coming by Mike Brown
10. You Don’t Have to Be Evil to Work Here, But it Helps by Tom Holt
What topic did you pick for this week’s throwback?
Can you think of any funny book titles you’ve come across?

I love this topic, and might just have to borrow it for a future prompt! The book titles that you picked are perfect for the prompt, and they’re hilarious.
That ‘Naked Werewolf’ is a funny one! A funny title is definitely eye-catching even if not always titles we’ll read. ;)
These are hilarious, especially the dog hair knitting.
This is a fun topic. #2 had me LOL.
A few years ago I did “Ten Titles that Win”, and Mike Brown made my list, as well!
Ha ha! That first title is great! 😂
I love this. Those titles are so odd and funny!
Lol! Those are some good ones! I especially like the second one! Definitely felt that when we took in my grandpa’s cat after he passed. She was downright ornery. But surprisingly she and my grandpa got along very well! Lol. I feel like I’d end up choosing some of the same titles I chose last time if I went with this one! Thinking of a few and I know I had to use them before, lol!
Here’s my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
Love those titles!
These titles are awesome!
These are great! I love #s 4 and 6. Those made me laugh. And I thought that Molly Harper book was a fun read. :D
Those titles are absolutely hilarious! Thanks for sharing them!
Those are great titles!
Don’t Pee on My Leg and Tell Me it’s Raining! LOL
That’s a very long time to be doing this and finding a topic on freebies! I think you did great though. My favorite is Don’t Pee on My Leg and Tell Me It’s Raining! haha.
I’ve actually read two of these! Though it’s been a while in both cases… How to Tell If Your Cat Is Plotting to Kill You is a very funny book for cat owners as far as I remember. (If you’ve read any of The Oatmeal comics you’ll know if you like the style of this book.) And How I Killed Pluto and Why It Had It Coming is a funny title, but from what I remember it’s a mostly normal (though easy to read) science book about planets and why Pluto was demoted to a dwarf planet.
Ooh, I love this topic! I’m going to try to start keeping track of titles that make me laugh and save this for another day that is a freebie one!
my favorite is #4 though they are all funny!! and i need to go check if i participated in this one (i think i did!).. my choice for throwback was titles that are questions..
