Welcome to another TTT! This week’s topic is all about books with high page counts, aka the doorstopper books! Today I’m sharing the top ten longest books I’ve ever read, from highest page count to lowest. Some of these surprised me! I had no idea how long some of these books were, which is a testament to how good they were (minus one, which I rage read**).
- Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros (886 pages)
- Onyx Storm by Rebecca Yarros (758 pages)
- Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer (756 pages)
- A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas (699 pages)
- The Beauty of Darkness by Mary E. Pearson (684 pages)**
- The Inadequate Heir by Danielle L. Jensen (673 pages)
- Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer (629 pages)
- A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas (626 pages)
- The Rose Code by Kate Quinn (624 pages)
- The Host by Stephenie Meyer (618 pages)
Have you read any of these books?
What’s the longest books you’ve ever read?

I just found some of the longest books on my shelf this week! Most of which I haven’t read but a couple I have; long books “scare” me so I tend to stay away. ;)
Ah, Yarros and Mass, I know them because my YA daughter read and raved about them :) But
The Rose Code calls my name. This is a great list you have and thank you for hosting :)
Yarros writes LONG books. I wonder that she has so many fans! She must be a wonderful writer.
I’ve read and enjoyed The Rose Code and despite all the hype I did enjoy the Twilight books including Breaking Dawn.
I’ve read a lot of those ones! I’d forgotten about The Twilight series. I read them years before I got the Goodreads app so I wasn’t reminded of them 😂
Ooh nice! I’ve read quite a few of these myself. Some are on my TBR pile like Yarros’ books. I need to get back to that series but I am dreading the cliffhangers! Lol.
Here’s my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
I absolutely love large books. I also did mine by page count, they went from 1,024 to 2,099. But I left out some when I had the author on my list already.
I completely overthought this! I have not read The Host, but I did read The Twilight series. Have a great week!
I believe Under The Dome by Stephen King is the longest book I have ever read at 1,074 pages.
I haven’t read any of these, but need to check them out. Enjoy your day!
The Rose Code also made my list. One of the reasons I haven’t read Rebecca Yarros’ trilogy is because the books are so long. Nice list Jana.
That is a really long book to have rage read! ;-)
The longest book on my list (counting it as one book, as Tolkien originally intended) is The Lord of the Rings., coming in at over 1200 pages in a single-volume paperback.
I haven’t read the Yarros books yet, and I have yet to finish the ACOTAR series. I’d like to read The Rose Code, too.
I forgot how long many of Stephenie Meyers’ books are!
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
I had forgotten that Iron Flame was so big!
OMG I forgot so many books, but there are some huge ones out there!

Oh, my goodness! Way too many pages for me.
Those are some doorstoppers for sure! I’ve read the two Meyer books, but that’s it from your list.
Happy TTT!

I haven’t participated in a ameme like this in years, but nothing grabs my attention like a list of long books! From your list, I’ve only read Eclipse, but I’m currently reading The Rose Code, which is outstanding.
Ah, I love The Rose Code! I listened to the audiobook, and the narrator is fabulous! Highly recommended. I see you participated in TTT for this prompt, which makes me so happy! I’m glad I was ale to entice you to participate in a meme again, even if only this one time! :)
I could not find 10 books +1000 pages…so I settled for my TOP 3. I see the link is closed…alas.
